5月8日的首次「平靚正品評酒會」，以 Around the world with Pinot Noir & Brut 為題，展示了11款香檳、氣酒，和19款來自全球的黑皮諾。*(完整酒單可參考文章末處）
歷時三小時的品評，45位酒友認真踴躍的參與，使大會收集到380次的評分。當日最受歡迎的分別是三款香檳，以及三款黑皮諾，酒質實力非凡！

這款頂級 Burgundy 來自5塊 Corton Grand Cru 葡萄田：Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi and Chaumes。樹藤平均40年。每年混釀比例，都會按年份表現有所調整以達至最佳風味。
不得不提的趣聞是：法國總統馬克宏在2019年到訪中國，除了送給中國領導人習近平一瓶Domaine de la Romanée-Conti，還與他共飲這款Louis Latour Corton Grancey！

3/ Patz & Hall, Jenkins Ranch Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2014

位於 Sonoma 的 Patz & Hall，自成立26年來專攻Chardonnay以及Pinot Noir，被Wine Spectator讚賞為Sonoma Coast的指標性酒款 (index wine)，酒莊更是Robert Parker 以及Wine Spectator的高分常客。
這款排名第三的加州黑皮諾，採用了 Dijon clones 667 and 77。2014更是豐收的佳年。香氣濃郁得來，紅果果酸美味，丹寧柔和舒適，裝瓶後3-4年飲用為佳 — 即現已進入適飲巔峰期！酒體穩健，陳酒多十年，這之間又能展現更複雜的風格和韻味。

Wine by Farr 是資深 Pinot Lover 必定認識或者不可錯過的品牌，酒莊最近更有喜事 — 釀酒師Nick Farr 被澳洲 Gourmet Traveller Wine 選為2021的年度釀酒師，成為封面人物，風頭一時無兩！
這款酒莊的旗艦酒款 Cote Vineyard Pinot Noir，非常優雅細緻，彷如藝術品，而且應該是 Victoria的Geelong 酒區無論是酒質和標價都最華麗的Pinot Noir了！

Legras 家族在香檳區的歷史源起 16 世紀，至今已經歷經六代傳承。來自香檳 Grand Cru 產區 Chouilly，土壤為豐富石灰質的白堊岩，所出產的香檳酸度高而細緻。採用 100% Chardonnay，原酒在酒泥陳酒三年，餘韻悠長。

5/ Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2013

Champagne Louis Roederer在許多專業葡萄酒評鑑裡均表現傑出，尤其難得是依舊維持在家族後代手中，未被精品大集團所併吞，而且財務穩健，酒質不斷提升，是酒友們都必定認識的香檳名門。1850年代末本廠便已自有130公頃葡萄園，2013年更是214公頃園地的大地主，與現今知名大廠多向葡萄農買葡萄的狀況不同。Brut Vintage 2013 採用 70% Pinot Noir 及 30% Chardonnay，在酒泥四年後除渣，再陳酒最少半年。劉校長與酒經團隊在品鑒此酒時，對於這年份香檳展示出來的細密氣泡、複雜細緻又悠揚的香氣，十分驚艷！
